Our Work
We provide a full range of garden services, from pruning, to weeding, to any necessary restorations and improvements. We operate on a strictly organic basis. Besides maintenance, we can provide garden renovation and design services. We have weekly, monthly, and seasonal clients, and welcome special projects. While most of our work is residential, we also look after some commercial and strata properties.

Thoughtful Design
There are two pillars of garden design, each supporting the other. The first is the idea of “right plant, right place”, which is shorthand for sustainability. To have a sustainable garden we must consider all environmental factors, especially in these trying times of climate change. In my view, “zonal denial”, or attempting to maintain plants in an unsuitable habitat, will only end in waste and sadness. The second pillar is compatibility, which informs aesthetic pleasure. Gardeners try to discover chimes of beauty among plants, whether in colour, shape or texture. This beauty resides not only in the obvious external qualities but also in the more intangible “feel” of plants. Very often this feeling is tied to the needs of the plants. Damp – loving plants will look silly beside drought-tolerant plants, and both will suffer in unsuitable conditions and fail to provide the pleasure we look for.
